Our smaller items and fine art prints are sent using Royal Mail within the UK. If you are ordering a smaller item from outside the UK we use your local postal networks. We send framed art and larger item orders using our preferred list of couriers. We want you to receive your artwork in perfect condition and securely as possible. We send our fine art prints wrapped in tissue paper and then rolled into a cardboard tube. Our framed prints and canvases are bubble wrapped, edge protected and boxed in double wall cardboard.

We will provide you with an email and tracking link when your product ships (within 48 hours of order).


If, for any reason you wish to return an item, then please email us at with your order number in the first instance. All orders must be returned undamaged and unopened in their original packaging and include a note containing your name, order number and reason for return within 21 days of your order date. It is important that you include these details otherwise we won't be able to allocate your return to your order. All returned orders will be issued with a refund once these have been received and inspected by our returns team. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage as well as the packaging and email it, together with your name and order number to us at 

We will reimburse to you all payments received from you, minus the costs of delivery which we cannot refund. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. In all cases the items returned must be in their original condition and the goods are your responsibility until they reach Afterhours Gallery, please ensure you package your return using the original packaging to prevent any damage to the items. We do not offer a free returns service and we suggest you use a recorded method of carriage to return the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your refund.
