RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
If, for any reason you wish to return an item, then please email us at email@example.com with your order number in the first instance.
All orders must be returned undamaged and unopened in their original packaging and include a note containing your name, order number and reason for return within 21 days of your order date. It is important that you include these details otherwise we won't be able to allocate your return to your order.
All returned orders will be issued with a refund once these have been received and inspected by our returns team.
Please note that our customisable, personalised products are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.
If an item has been opened then the refund will be giving in the form of an eGift voucher.
Any item that has been purchased in sale will be issued with store credit in the form of an eGift voucher.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage as well as the packaging and email it, together with your name and order number to us at i.co.uk
We do not offer a free returns policy.
We will reimburse to you all payments received from you, minus the costs of delivery which we cannot refund. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
In all cases the items returned must be in their original condition and the goods are your responsibility until they reach Afterhours Gallery, please ensure you package your return using the original packaging to prevent any damage to the items.
We do not offer a free returns service and we suggest you use a recorded method of carriage to return the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.
Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your refund.
We currently do not offer exchanges on items.
Can I cancel my order?
Because all orders are automatically forwarded to our Production team it's not always possible to cancel orders as they may already have been shipped.
If your order has not been shipped we are of course happy to look into cancelling your order.
In the first instance, please drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org - be sure to include your full name and order number.
If you have placed an order and it has already been shipped, we are happy to issue you a full refund as soon as the item is returned to us, following the guidelines above.
